 This is set up with the free dynamic ip service from 

www.dyndns.com     You create an account, choose your extension (they have a lot to choose from - I have chosen  the   .mine.nu  extension), and it will recognize your dynamic ip at the time.  You then go through the process of installing the program updater that will automatically update the ip address in the dyndns site as to your dynamic ip when it changes.  You will always be able to access view of your cameras from the dyndns  information that you set up.  There is not a charge for this account.  If you are signing up for an account, and there shows a fee, then you are not on the right area of the website.  Be sure not to pay for this account.  If you have questions, you can always call me  (904)230-9455 or cellphone  (904)673-6085
